1. What this app uses

The portfolio does not set cookies or include advertising pixels, session recording, or embedded Discord widgets. Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics: a small script from static.cloudflareinsights.com reports page views, referring sites, country, device type and page-load times in aggregate. It sets no cookies, uses no browser storage, and is not used to identify or follow individual visitors. Videos, images, and built font files are served with the website. Ordinary browser caching helps load these resources; the app does not use it to identify or track you.

There is no “Accept all” banner because nothing on this site stores or reads information on your device for tracking. This is not a guarantee about an unconfigured hosting service: the final hosting, CDN, security tools, and production domain must be audited before launch.

2. Saved animation preference

Storage name and type

tachyon-motion — first-party local storage, not a cookie.

Purpose and values

Remembers an explicit choice of reduced animations, stored as calm. It is not an identifier and is not used for analytics or advertising.

When it is written

Only when you choose reduced animations in the site header or below. Full animations are the default and write nothing; choosing them again removes the saved preference.

Duration and access

Local storage has no automatic expiry. It remains on this browser for this site until you choose full animations, reset it below, clear site data, or the browser removes it. It is read by the app and is not sent to the studio by this feature.

This control removes only Tachyon’s animation preference. It does not clear your browser cache, email drafts, or data held by other services. If browser storage is blocked, the site can still use the setting for your current visit.

3. Email, Discord, and other websites

External links are not embedded services. Opening an email draft hands it to your chosen email app; following Discord, Fab, Superhive or other external links takes you to those services, which may use their own cookies and storage. Marketplace product artwork is served locally; no marketplace checkout or tracking widget is embedded. See the privacy notice and provider policies.

4. Changes before and after launch

Before adding optional analytics, advertising, or third-party embeds, the studio must review their purpose and legal basis, update this inventory, and implement consent where required. Consent-dependent tools must stay blocked until a valid choice; refusing and withdrawing must be straightforward. An animation choice is not consent to tracking.

The final production review must also identify any hosting or security cookies, their purposes, providers, and durations. Any applicable strictly necessary exemption must be assessed for the actual technology, not assumed from its label.
