2. Portfolio and inquiries only
This website presents projects and asset packs. It has no on-site checkout, paid downloads, customer accounts, or online booking. Asset purchase links take you to Fab, where pricing, licensing, checkout, and downloads are handled under Fab’s terms. An inquiry does not place an order, reserve availability, or create a service agreement.
Project scope, pricing, taxes, payment, delivery, revisions, confidentiality, and intellectual-property rights must be agreed separately before work starts. Displayed renders do not establish the availability of a particular file format, licence, or production specification.
3. Artwork and credits
Artwork, photographs, videos, concepts, logos, and other materials remain subject to their respective owners’ rights. Third-party credits and project references do not imply endorsement or transfer ownership to Tachyon.
Viewing the portfolio does not grant permission to reproduce, redistribute, sell, or use its assets in another project, except where permitted by applicable law or a separate licence. Contact us to discuss usage rights or report an attribution or rights concern; identify the work and the basis of your request.
The Spiritwood Chapel concept reference is credited to Florent Boston / Groupe Arcane. Refer to the individual project pages for further artwork credits.
4. Using the website
Please do not attempt to compromise the website, interfere with other visitors, introduce malicious content, or misuse contact channels. Submit only material you are authorised to share; avoid sending sensitive personal data or confidential production files before agreeing a suitable channel.
We aim to keep the portfolio accurate and available, but content and availability may change. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
5. External services and privacy
Email and Discord are separate services. Following an external link or sending a message brings the relevant provider’s terms and privacy practices into play. A Discord support channel is not a confidential file-transfer service.
Read our Privacy notice for how inquiries are handled and our Cookies & preferences page for browser storage.
6. Questions and updates
For questions about this website, contact contact@tachyonstudio.net. Updates will be reflected in the date above. Any separate signed agreement governs the services it covers; these website terms do not replace it or remove mandatory protections that apply to you.
